After injured my foot, I didn’t do much workout.
So made an appointment with TISU and hb… head up to Taman Tun hill (TTH)…hope to do some workout.
Was my first time to TTH, I love the place… fresh air, clean, surrounded with green and a lot of people. So I guess is safe to jog there even alone.
A bit tired…stamina was not up to bar.. But I tried not to over do it…
Conclusion, I was happy and feel good.. still considering to go there the following week🙂
