Look what I found in babycenter.
“Your baby can’t express his emotions in the same complex way you can. Although he can clearly let you know when he’s happy or unhappy, his ability to demonstrate his love and sense of humor is just developing. As your baby gets older, he may start to cry when you leave the room and get excited when you come back in. He may also raise his arms when he wants to be picked up and give you pats on the back. And you’ll probably see him getting your jokes — he’ll laugh at funny expressions and try to make you laugh too. Keep the laughter flowing with your silly faces!”
Yup, Little Smurf can show his happy or unhappy. He also do silly faces to make me laugh hilarious!! Sometimes, he will show his blur look, or cheeky look too.
He loves to go near me, regardless on my arm, stomach, knee or waist, open his mouth big and ‘ngam’ like he is biting or eating… Then he will look up to see your expression and continue again. So that’s one time, hubby copy his action on my arm… repeated again and again. He was looking with big eyes and the mouth dropping like complaining with expression “hello daddy, that’s mine!! Pls don’t copy!!” Once hubby stop it, he will do the same, like marking his territory !! I was laughing hilarious!! I wonder few months more, how both of them will be fighthing!!
Sometimes, Little Smurf will manja manja resting his head on my shoulder. And sometimes he loves to pat on my back.
I love to play a game with him.. when Little Smurf is about to cry.. I will cry too and louder than him. Guess what? He stop crying and look at me with blur expression… sometimes, he will smile or grin.. try to cheer me up pulak.. wakakaaka. So this is the treat I love to play on this, unfortunately not all the time it works.
Little Smurf still wake up often at night for comfort nurse!! I’m really zombie with it. Body pain, lack of rest, so always heaty!! Since we are co sleep, he loves to squeeze near me, sleep under my armpit, or beside my waist!! Till I can’t move my body with awkward sleeping position!! That’s how develop the shoulder ache and back ache!!
Sometimes he will cry when I leave the room, or even move a step away. I feel wanted !! but on another hand, I can’t go to pee or do anything!! This applicable especially at night!! Normally hubby will give bottle ebm to him, that’s night feed!! Once he finish, he will ngi ngek, ngi ngek, turning left and right with anxiety look… looking for me… once without he noticed, I sneak back to bed. He turned and saw me… and make a ‘ngammmm’ like scolding me.. “mummy, finally you are back from FB ah! leaving me with daddy!!” hahah.. so cute!!
Well, miss him badly now!!
